Welcome to Charnwood Forest Hockey Club, formed by the merge of Loughborough Carillon Hockey Club and Coalville Town Hockey Club, the club has over 100 years of experience and well over 250 members. We are a fully inclusive club offering league and friendly hockey to the local community and beyond.
Whether you are an ex international or you are yet to pick up a stick Charnwood Forest Hockey Club can offer you a place to play hockey. A welcoming and friendly club with a large Junior section, 2 Mixed, 4 Men's and 2 Ladies teams we will be sure to have a spot for you!
We are always looking for new members across all levels. So please don't hesitate to get in touch or come along to a training session, we'd love to hear from you.
Training Sessions are held weekly throughout the season on the following days....
Open/Men's All Levels - Tuesday 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Open/Men's 1s & 2s - Tuesday 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Ladies All Levels - Wednesday 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Juniors (5-14yrs) - Thursday 6:30pm to 7:30pm/8:00pm
Membership Fees for all sections can now be collected in full or via monthly subscription within Teamo using GoCardless, a secure and trusted payment platform.
Open/Men's, Women's & Mixed fees include registration, training and *match fees. *Occasionally additional match fees may be incurred when participating in, for example summer leagues/tournaments. Such additional fees can collected through the app’s match fees section.

Our pitches are located in two area’s within Charnwood, Men's, Ladies and our Mixed 1st team fixtures are predominately played at Loughborough Grammar School.

King Edward VII Science & Sports College is mostly used by our Hermitage Team in the club's Mixed section .

Charnwood Forest Hockey Club is very lucky to share a Clubhouse with Carillon Cricket Club, the venue is used host post match teas as well as numerous club social events. The clubhouse is situated on Moor Lane, Loughborough there is licensed bar with terrace overlooking the cricket square with plenty of outside seating and parking facilities.
