Established in 2019 Ladies 1s are Charnwood Forest Hockey Club's women's first team.
A warm and welcoming team with aspirations of success for the season ahead, as we approach the start of 2025/26 the Ladies 1s are set to play in Midlands Women's Division 3 North East league, and having finished comfortably in mid table last season they endeavour to better this outcome and what better way to embark on this quest than with a new, enthusiastic and very determined captain. Returning from university last year, Georgia Allen was warmly welcomed back to her home town club and instantly made an impact on the team's defensive backline. The club is therefore in no doubt that Georgia will bring the drive and determination needed to lead Ladies 1s campaign to build on what has been, harness hopes of progression and dreams of success.
Ladies 1s are keen to hit the grown running this season and seek new experienced players to further strengthen the squad. If interested please get in touch or alternatively join us at a pre-season training session, held weekly Wednesday from 6th August 2025.
