MENS 3

Men's 3 play in Division 8 North East of Midlands Men's League and saw huge change during the season of 2024/25.

Starting the season off with many new faces and a merciless 5-0 win. The team knew they were in for an exiting season. However, this quickly turned around being narrowly, overcome 5-1 in the next game. In the following weeks not being able to find steady form was damaging. It’s safe to say the first half of the season wasn’t as they had hoped after such a promising first game win. Picking up some points, but not all left the team under pressure to find form. With 3 games to go until Christmas the team began their comeback. Picking up 9 points and giving the team great hope as they broke for Christmas. Coming back after a much needed rest, the 3s made a statement of intent with another 5-0 win. After this the team only lost two matches both against a very tough league winning side and in each game they managed to make it tough for them. This wave of success led the team to a solid top 4 position. Overall, a good season with a lot to take forward into the next season.

Home fixtures are played at Loughborough Grammar School, with training taking place every Tuesday.
